Buffalo's hooded Belay Jacket is a Pertex Equilibrium shell with pile lining.

The outer shell is the same material as Buffalo's Curbar Windtop - lightweight, breathable and softer to the touch than Pertex 5 or 6.
The pile lining is the same used in the Special 6 and Mountain shirts; excellent at wicking moisture with superb insulation properties.
The attached hood is also pile lined, although non-removable it doesn't get in the way when not in use.
